1. Who we are

InvoiceOnGo is provided by Waveclues ("we", "us"). By using the InvoiceOnGo Android app or the web app at invoiceongo.in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. These terms do not cover Waveclues' other apps (AppLock, File Vault Pro), which have their own policies.

2. What InvoiceOnGo is

A tool for creating GST invoices, quotations and credit notes. The Android app works on your phone without an account. An optional account lets Pro users sync their data with the web app.

3. Free trial, Pro and payment

• The app has a 3-day free trial, then needs a one-time Pro purchase, at the price shown in Google Play.
• Purchases are made and charged by Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's policies. We may help with a refund request case by case, but we do not promise a refund beyond Google Play's policies.
• Sync and the web account need a paid Pro purchase. The trial does not include them.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, Pro access ends. Sync then pauses, you can view and download your synced data for a grace period, currently 30 days, and after that we delete the server copy. Your phone keeps its own copy.

4. Your data and your responsibility

• Your invoices and customer data are yours. You give us the right to store and process them only to run the service.
• You are responsible for what you issue. InvoiceOnGo helps with GST calculations and layouts, but it is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Check your invoices, rates and filings, or ask your accountant. Suggestions from the optional AI assistant are advisory and may be wrong.
• Issued invoices are not edited; you correct them by cancelling and issuing a credit note.
• Keep your own backups, and keep your sign-in, PIN and signing certificate safe.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no accessing other people's accounts, and no issuing invoices to deceive anyone.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free use. We may change, suspend or stop features. For a change that removes a paid feature we will give reasonable notice in the app or on this website, and shorter notice where security or the law requires it. The Android app keeps working offline.

7. Your account

Keep your account secure. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. You can stop using the service at any time.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example lost profits, penalties or interest from late or wrong filings), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

Indian law applies, and the competent courts in India have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell signed-in users.
